All orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in Poland. We deliver to Germany, Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, the Czech Republic, and all other EU countries.

↩️ Returns and complaints
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused product within 14 days from delivery and receive a full refund.
How to make a return:
- Write to us at shop@progogle.pl providing the order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm your request within 24 hours and provide you with a return address.
- Return the product in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.
Attention: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or does not match the order. Opened tear-off packages and used glass are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
