§ 1. Personal Data Administrator

1. The administrator of personal data of customers collected via the online store progogle.pl IsMateusz Kot/ProGoggles, with its registered office at Prusiek 109, 38-500 Sanok, email address: progogleshop@gmail.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").

§ 2. Purposes and Legal Basis of Data Processing

1. Customers’ personal data are processed for the following purposes: a. Concluding and performing a sales contract, including payment processing and delivery of goods (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR – necessity for the performance of the contract). b. Fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, resulting from tax and accounting regulations (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter c GDPR). c. Possible establishment, pursuit or defense of claims (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller).

§ 3. Data Recipients

1. Customers' personal data may be transferred to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, as well as to entities cooperating with the Controller for the purpose of implementing the contract, such as: courier companies, payment operators, accounting offices.

§ 4. Rights of the Data Subject

1. Every Customer has the right to: access their data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, object to its processing and the right to transfer data.
2. Any rights related notifications can be sent to the following email address: progogleshop@gmail.com.
3. The customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§ 5. Cookies

1. The Store uses cookies, which are small text files stored on the Customer's end device.
2. Cookies are used for the following purposes: a. Technical, necessary for the proper functioning of the store (e.g., maintaining a session, remembering the contents of the shopping cart). b.
