General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n  \n\n  \n  <ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li>The owner and administrator of the online store operating at\n  <strong>www.progogle.pl<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the &quot;Store&quot;) is:\n  <ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li><strong>Mateusz Kot<\/strong><\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Prusiek 109, 38-500 Sanok<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>E-mail: <strong>shop@progogle.pl<\/strong><\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Phone: <strong>+48 793 203 898<\/strong><\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>The Seller conducts unregistered business within the meaning of Art. 5 Section 1 of the Act of 6 March 2018 \u2013 Entrepreneurs&#039; Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 646, as amended). Due to the nature of its business, the Seller does not have a Tax Identification Number (NIP) or National Business Registry Number (REGON). All Consumer rights arising from the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights and other generally applicable laws are fully applicable.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>These Regulations define the rules and conditions for using the Store, including the rules for placing orders and concluding distance sales contracts.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>The Customer is required to read the Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n  \n\n  \n  <p><strong>\u00a7 2. Placing Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n  \n\n  \n  <ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li>Orders can be placed in the store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>To place an order, the Customer adds the selected product to the cart and then proceeds to the order form.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>In the order form, the Customer provides the data necessary to complete the order: name and surname, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>The order is placed by clicking the &quot;Buy and pay&quot; button or a similar, clear wording.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>After placing the order, the Customer receives confirmation of the conclusion of the sales contract to the e-mail address provided.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n  \n\n  \n  <p><strong>\u00a7 3. Prices and Payment Methods<\/strong><\/p>\n  \n\n  \n  <ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li>All prices listed in the store are gross prices, expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) or euro (EUR) depending on the selected currency.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>The price of the products does not include the cost of delivery, which is provided when placing the order.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Available payment methods are: <strong>Przelewy24<\/strong> (fast bank transfers, BLIK, payment cards), <strong>Stripe<\/strong> (card payments for orders in EUR), <strong>PayPal<\/strong> and traditional transfer.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Due to its unregistered nature, the Seller does not issue VAT invoices. Upon Customer&#039;s request, the Seller will issue an invoice or written confirmation of purchase.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n  \n\n  \n  <p><strong>\u00a7 4. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n  \n\n  \n  <ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li>Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Poland and to European Union countries.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Delivery within Poland is carried out via <strong>InPost<\/strong> (Parcel locker, courier) and other carriers available in the ordering process.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Delivery to EU countries is carried out via <strong>InPost International<\/strong> and\n  <strong>DHL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Order processing time (preparation for shipment) is up to 24 hours on business days. Carrier delivery time is typically 1\u20132 business days in Poland and 3\u20137 business days in EU countries.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Detailed delivery costs are presented during the ordering process and on the website. <a \n  href=\"https:\/\/www.progogle.pl\/en\/wysylka-i-zwroty\/\">Shipping and Returns<\/a>.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n  \n\n  \n  <p><strong>\u00a7 5. Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n  \n\n  \n  <ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li>The Seller is obliged to deliver the Customer goods free from defects.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>If a defect in the goods is found, the Consumer has the right to lodge a complaint under the provisions of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights and the Civil Code.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Complaints should be submitted electronically to the following address: <code>shop@progogle.pl<\/code> or by post to the following address: Mateusz Kot, Prusiek 109, 38-500 Sanok.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>The complaint should include: the Customer&#039;s name and surname, order number, description of the defect, date of its discovery and the Customer&#039;s request (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract).<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>The seller will consider the complaint within the deadline <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date of its receipt and informs the Client about the decision electronically.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>If the complaint is accepted, the cost of returning the defective goods will be covered by the Seller.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>The Seller&#039;s liability under the warranty expires after <strong>2 years<\/strong> from the date of delivery of the goods to the Consumer.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n  \n\n  \n  <p><strong>\u00a7 6. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract<\/strong><\/p>\n  \n\n  \n  <ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li>A consumer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving any reason within\n  <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the goods.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of his decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail to the following address:\n  <code>shop@progogle.pl<\/code>). The consumer may use the withdrawal form template constituting Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer is obliged to return the goods immediately to the Seller&#039;s address (Mateusz Kot, Prusiek 109, 38-500 Sanok), no later than <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the day on which he or she withdrew from the contract. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>The Seller shall return to the Consumer all payments received, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Consumer&#039;s choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>The Seller may withhold reimbursement until it receives the goods back or until the Consumer provides proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract <strong>not entitled<\/strong>   in relation to:\n  <ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li>goods delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening the package for health or hygiene reasons - this applies <strong>open tear-off packages<\/strong>;<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>goods which, due to their nature, were inseparably connected with other things after delivery, as well as used goods - this applies <strong>used goggle lenses<\/strong>.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n  \n\n  \n  <p><strong>\u00a7 7. Personal Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n  \n\n  \n  <ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li>The administrator of Customers\u2019 personal data is the Seller (Mateusz Kot, Prusiek 109, 38-500 Sanok).<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and for marketing purposes, provided that the Customer has consented to this.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in <strong><a \n  href=\"https:\/\/www.progogle.pl\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a><\/strong> shop.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n  \n\n  \n  <p><strong>\u00a7 8. Extrajudicial Dispute Resolution Methods<\/strong><\/p>\n  \n\n  \n  <ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li>The consumer has the option of using out-of-court complaint and redress procedures.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Detailed information on the possibility for the Consumer to use extrajudicial methods of settling complaints and pursuing claims as well as the rules of access to these procedures are available at the offices and on the websites of district (municipal) consumer ombudsmen, Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uokik.gov.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.uokik.gov.pl<\/a>.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>The consumer may use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform available at: <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/<\/a>. The ODR platform is a point of access for consumers and businesses wishing to resolve disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts out of court.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n  \n\n  \n  <p><strong>\u00a7 9. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n  \n\n  \n  <ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  <li>In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights and the Act of 6 March 2018 \u2013 Entrepreneurs\u2019 Law.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>The choice of Polish law does not deprive a Consumer who has his or her habitual residence in another Member State of the European Union of the protection resulting from the mandatory provisions of the law of his or her country (in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593\/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council - &quot;Rome I&quot;).<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Changes will take effect on the date specified by the Seller, but no sooner than 7 days after they are posted on the store&#039;s website. Orders placed before the changes take effect will be fulfilled under the Terms and Conditions in effect on the date the order is placed.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>The Regulations in their present wording are effective from <strong>April 17, 2026.<\/strong><\/li>\n  <\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a7 1.
